Olympic champion Shaunae Miller-Uibo continues to build on what has been a stellar season so far.
Today, at the Ostrava in the Czech Republic, Miller-Uibo ran a 300-meter (m) world record, crossing the line in 34.41 seconds. The previous record was 35.30 seconds, ran by Ana Guevara, from Mexico, in 2003.
Americans Brittany Brown and Jaide Stepten finished second and third in 35.91 and 36.12 seconds respectively.
