Two men were arraigned before Magistrate Court on Grand Bahama on Tuesday for conspiracy to commit robbery and other related matters in connection with the daylight robbery of John Bull in Grand Bahama on July 23..
Corradon Cockburn, 30, of #7 Mangrove Avenue, New Providence and Deigo Carey, 23, of #33 Soldier Road, New Providence, were arraigned yesterday before Deputy Chief Magistrate Debbye Ferguson on the charge of conspiracy to commit robbery.
Cockburn was also arraigned on the charge of possession of proceeds of criminal conduct while Carey was also arraigned on the charge of receiving
Both men pleaded not guilty to all charges.
All matters are expected to proceed by Voluntary Bill of Indictment and are adjourned to October 4.
Bail was denied and both defendants were remanded to The Bahamas Department of Corrections (BDOC).
