NASSAU, BAHAMAS — Donald Ferguson II, named in a U.S. court indictment and also alleged to be the pilot of the plane that landed in Acklins with a significant quantity of drugs, as well as the sole suspect in the murder of Giovanni Rolle, is scheduled to be charged with murder and conspiracy to import drugs on Wednesday January 22, 2024 at 12 p.m.
