The lifeless body of a caucasian male was pulled from waters near a local Marsh Harbour resort yesterday.
Reports say shortly before 11:00 a.m. Sunday, police were called to the resort where the male was discovered. EMS personnel responded and reported no signs of life.
While foul play is not suspected in this matter, it has been speculated that the severe weather experienced on the island this past weekend may have played a role in the tragedy.
Police are actively investigating both matters and Eyewitness News will bring you updates as they come in.
