NASSAU, BAHAMAS – Darell Bain, in the red shirt and gray jacket, on Monday appeared before Magistrate Derrence Rolle, charged with one count of attempted murder, one count of housebreaking, two counts of armed robbery, and two counts of strangling two women while attempting to rob them.
Prosecutors say the charges stem from two separate incidents that began on June 27 of last year.
Bain pleaded not guilty to the housebreaking charge and was not required to enter a plea for the remaining five charges. He was denied bail and has been remanded to The Bahamas Department of Corrections until March 8th for a Voluntary Bill of Indictment.
