NASSAU, BAHAMAS — Stermon Rolle, a new gospel artist on the rise and a creative at heart, is set to release his premiere single “Guide Me” on Wednesday, July 14.
The single was written by Rolle and produced by LaKwan Bain.
Rolle said he loves the ability to be able to see an idea or thought come to life as a finished product, especially when it comes to the arts.
“The arts has my heart and I’m happy to be a part of what God is doing in this season in our nation,” he said.
Psalms 119:105 is where the inspiration came to write his new song.
“The word of God says: ‘Thy word is a lamp unto my feet and light unto our path.’ So, the song is a conversation between the Lord and me asking for his guidance and direction for my life and the next step, as I feel his voice is paramount,” said Rolle.
From the young age of five, Rolle sang solo at his local church.
“I pretty much have been singing all of my life, but I use to be terrified to sing in front of people,” he said.
He is currently working on completing his album to be released at the end of the year or early 2022.
