I raised this Question Before with a Auto Dealer in Japan,
And he made an Interesting Point of View.

His Response was that,
” Radiation is Bad for EVERYBODY! ”
And those Huge Ship that Cost MILLIONS Maybe BILLIONS of Dollars DO NOT Want Radiation on their Vessels either .

Because they to have Staff and Possibly Loved ones Working on those Ships That They OBVIOUSLY DON’T want in a RADIOACTIVE Environment.

And MoreSo DON’T want to Contaminate their Investments ( Which are Their Ships! )

So a Ultra-Vigorous Test is Done ” BEFORE ” ANY Vehicle is Shipped Out Of JAPAN.
