Inner city laments lack of running water

The Minnis administration has pledged to outfit over-the-hill communities with indoor plumbing and bathroom facilities by 2025. Eyewitness News toured the inner city community and discovered that a large number of resident do not want the government to remove the pumps. Some expressed concern about paying water bills.
