NASSAu, BAHAMAS- Immigration minister Alfred Sears says the regulations for detainees are just the beginning of the changes expected to take place to transform the Immigration Department. Following a series of allegations earlier this year under the former Immigration minister Keith Bell, government committed to reviewing the immigration policies and bringing about changes where it was deemed necessary.
