NASSAU, BAHAMAS – An adult male was taken into custody following the seizure of an illegal firearm on Tuesday.
According to police reports, shortly after 7:00 a.m., Eleuthera Division Officers, acting on intelligence, conducted a search of a home in the settlement of Rock Sound and recovered a .45 pistol, 2 magazines and fifty-five 55 rounds of ammunition.
The male expected to be formally charged before the magistrate court this week.
