EIGHT MILE ROCK, GRAND BAHAMA – Police in the nation’s second city recovered a quantity of dangerous drugs in Eight Mile Rock last Thursday, May 16, 2019.
According to police reports, shortly after 8:00p.m. last Thursday, a team of officers of the Eight Mile Rock Division, acting on information, went to an unoccupied building on Fire Hydrant Corner in Pine Dale, Eight Mile Rock, where they discovered in the ceiling two clear plastic bags containing 2.68 lbs. of suspected marijuana with a street value of $2,400.
A 32-year-old male was arrested and taken into police custody.
