Former Chairman of The Bahamas Chamber of Commerce and Employers Confederation (BCCEC) Gowon Bowe, while not in full agreement with some of the government’s measures introduced in this year’s fiscal plan said, the government must do more to facilitate sound business opportunities if it expects that there will be a significant turn around in the sluggish economy.
Bowe, on Sunday, recommended that the government do more to facilitate business rather than to overtax its citizens.
