ABACO, BAHAMAS – Police on the island of Abaco discovered an illegal firearm in the Haitian shanty town of Pigeon Pea on Monday, June 10, 2019.
According to police reports, shortly after 2:00p.m. on Monday, officers in the Abaco district, acting on information, went to the Pigeon Pea village area, just off Crockett Drive, where they searched an abandoned building and discovered an 18-inch barrel Remington .22 rifle.
Police investigations will continue.
