NASSAU, BAHAMAS- Exuma has been ranked among the top boat date destinations for 2025, according to new data from BoatBooker, a leading global platform for booking boat tours. The ranking is part of the company’s annual review of locations that combine high user satisfaction, unique on-the-water experiences, and strong booking growth in the couples and leisure travel segment.
Exuma stood out for its combination of natural attractions and a range of activities accessible by boat. Key draws include sandbar excursions, coral reef snorkelling, and visits to the island’s well-known swimming pigs — all of which have contributed to increased demand among couples seeking private or semi-private charters.

The ranking was determined by reviewing performance metrics across 650 destinations and more than 7,500 available trips to identify the top eight locations for romantic boating experiences. Alongside Exuma, the list includes San Diego (CA), Miami (FL), Fajardo (PR), Charleston (SC), Key West (FL), Newport (RI), and Chicago (IL).
The list reflects broader market interest in experience-driven travel, particularly among younger demographics and couples seeking alternatives to traditional leisure formats. Exuma’s inclusion highlights its growing position in this category and the continued diversification of the boating tourism market.
