In his second performance as a pro elite bodybuilder EndIerich Rahming, last week, finished second overall in the men’s physique category at the International Federation of Bodybuilding and Fitness (IFBB) Montreal Elite Pro event in Montreal, Canada.
The competition was held at the Centre des Congres Sheraton in Quebec, and following the event, Rahming said he was pleased with his overall performance.
“Once I’m seeing improvements in my performance at each show, I am satisfied,” Rahming said.
“There were a lot of things that I have done differently from my last pro show to now, in terms of getting better. Each show my goal is to get better and to bring a better package and to keep elevating.”
Rahming was selected as one of the top five competitors in the pre-judging, which is based on body symmetry and muscle balance.
In the final round of the competition, Rahming was edged out by Marcos Antonio Feliz, from the Dominican Republic.
Up next, Rahming said he’s now preparing for the upcoming Giovanni-Arendz Classic, which is scheduled for August 24-26 at the Marriott in Aruba. He is also expected to be participating in the World Championships in November that will be held in Rome, Italy.
