NASSAU, BAHAMAS- Following heightened security concerns, the Embassy of The Bahamas in Haiti has successfully evacuated its remaining diplomatic personnel to New Providence.
In an official statement released on the Ministry of Foreign Affairs website, it was disclosed that Captain Godfrey Rolle, Charge d’Affairs at the Embassy, will oversee operations remotely from the capital.
The statement emphasized that neither the Embassy nor its staff have been subjected to any targeted threats.
