NASSAU, BAHAMAS — An eco-luxury lake-front gated community in Southwest New Providence is experiencing significant interest, with over 35 percent of available properties already sold, totaling $15 million in sales.
Sales for the 65-acre Windsor Lakes community, located in Adelaide just outside and near the Albany Resort community, commenced last August. Well-known businessman Robert Myers is developing the project.
Nate McPhee, Marketing Coordinator for Maison Bahamas, a boutique luxury real estate firm handling sales and marketing for Windsor Lakes, told Eyewitness News that the development recently received subdivision approval in December and has garnered significant interest.
McPhee stated: “Interest has been remarkably high, with about two open houses held. Currently, approximately 35 percent of all available properties have been sold, amounting to $15 million in sales. There are now 136 single-family lots and 37 multi-family lots in the development.”
McPhee continued: “Since its inception, the project has undergone major infrastructure development, including the installation of lakes and the excavation of the property. The 65-acre site comprises single and multi-family lots ranging from $205,000 to $400,000. Additionally, it offers three to four-bedroom homes priced from $895,000 by Capstone Homes.
“They are a leading builder known for their commitment to quality and efficiency. Their construction process involves the use of sustainable materials, renowned for stability in infrastructure against hurricanes and tropical climates. The development is strategically located near several international schools, high-end shopping centers, and fine dining establishments, and is just a 10-minute drive from the Lynden Pindling International Airport.”
