Health Minister Dr. Duane Sands on Monday hit the rewind button on what many Bahamians have deemed inappropriate comments during Sunday’s broadcast.
Last week, Eyewitness News aired a story, which focused on the declining health of Bahamians, diabetics in particular.
Dr. Sands’ response, which some saw as “fat shaming” however, did not sit well with many who took to social media to berate the minister.
