NASSAU, BAHAMAS — CFAL, a leading independent investment management and advisory company, is the brokerage firm for a recently launched preference share offering regarding Jack’s Bay, a private community and club with resort-style amenities in South Eleuthera.

The “6.25 Percent Cumulative Amortizing Redeemable Convertible Series A Preference Shares (The ‘Series A Shares’) Preference Share Offering” requires a minimum investment of $50,000 and is open to individuals and companies.
