Police have received information from the United States Coast Guard who reported receiving a mayday call from an aircraft in the area of Inagua. The pilot reported the loss of an engine and that the craft was losing altitude.
US Coast Guard and police are presently searching the area to find the aircraft that sent the distress signal.
