At the standing ER near my home in Central Florida, you can’t even walk in the door if you’re not wearing a masque/have symptoms of the virus/or spiked a temperature. This is to protect the staff and other patients. In the heart of the pandemic there were tent hospitals with specially trained staff and appropriate equipment (PPEs for example) for those suspected to have COVID-19.
