NASSAU, BAHAMAS — Attorney General Ryan Pinder told reporters Thursday afternoon that there are no amendments needed for the country’s Bail Act.
Police, the religious sector and the general public have called on the judiciary to consider amending the Bail Act to prevent repeat offenders from wreaking havoc in various communities.
His comments came on the sidelines of the official Opening of the Legal Year 2024.
