NASSAU, BAHAMAS – Police in the capital recovered an illegal firearm from the streets of New Providence on Saturday, June 8, 2019.
According to police reports, shortly after 2:00p.m., Central Detective Unit Officers, acting on information, conducted a search of a bushy area on Finlayson Street and recovered a 9 millimeter pistol and nine rounds of ammunition.
No arrest was made in this incident and investigations are ongoing.
