NASSAU, BAHAMAS – Police in New Providence recovered an illegal firearm from the streets of New Providence on Sunday, March 3.
According to police reports, shortly after 4:00 p.m., officers from the Internal Security Division, acting on intelligence, searched an abandoned building located on West End Avenue and Baillou Hill Road and discovered a Colt Commander 9mm pistol with an empty magazine.
No arrests were made and police investigations into this matter are ongoing.
