Police recover six suspected marijuana plants in Pinewood home

NASSAU, BAHAMAS  – Two men were taken into custody by police on Saturday, after they were discovered to allegedly have suspected marijuana plants in their possession.

According to police reports, shortly after 9:00 p.m. on Saturday January 19, Southeastern Division Officers responded to a disturbance call at a home on Sapodilla Boulevard, Pinewood Gardens.

While there, the officers recovered six suspected marijuana plants.

The men are expected to be formally charged before a magistrate court sometime this week.
