“Daisy the Dangerous Doctor” show held tonight at SJC auditorium
NASSAU, BAHAMAS – After 18 years in show business and having retired her act some four years ago, Dynamite Daisy is back!
Terez Davis-Nixon, also known as “Dynamite Daisy” has made a comeback to star in her latest show entitled, “Daisy the Dangerous Doctor”.
The show will be held tonight at 8:00 p.m. at the St. Johns College Auditorium in Stapledon Gardens.
General admissions tickets will be sold for $25 and admission for kids is $20. Senior citizens will pay a reduced rate.
Nixon, who spoke to Eyewitness News on Thursday night, said “Daisy the Dangerous Doctor” features Dynamite Daisy working in a hospital as a janitress, but she finds herself under bizarre circumstances when she has to deliver a baby.
“I’m excited, can’t you see,” said Dynamite Daisy about tonight’s show.
“I’m a sanitation engineer, but the doctor didn’t step up to the plate and someone had to do it.”
Tonight’s play is the third major performance from Nixon since deciding to return to the stage following a four-year hiatus.
“We brought her back by popular demand,” said Nixon’s artistic director, Dr. Trent Davis, adding that Dynamite Daisy has had two great shows thus far.
Nixon said they are hoping to see a huge turnout at tonight’s show, considering the long hiatus.
