NASSAU, BAHAMAS – Police in the capital are investigating an alleged suicide attempt of a 19-year-old female who was found in bushes in the area of Bethel Avenue on Monday April 21, 2025.
According to initial reports, shortly after 2:30 p.m., police, acting on information, discovered the individual who was in bushes with visible injuries about the body.
She was unable to speak and was transported to the hospital for medical attention and further evaluation, police said.
Her condition is unknown at this time as the investigation continues.
