BTC postpaid customers get $1k in cash when adding a fiber plan

NASSAU, BAHAMAS — BTC has announced the introduction of its “Premier Club” loyalty program, offering exclusive rewards and benefits, which will be available to postpaid customers in its first phase.

As a part of this initiative, postpaid customers who add a fiber plan can receive up to $1,000 in cash and other exciting prizes.

According to a press release, The Premier Club aims to maximize value for BTC users, particularly those who have maintained postpaid services for over a year and are on the Exuma plan or higher. Eligible customers can enhance their product offerings with attractive promotions, including a flat monthly rate for new internet and landline services, along with automatic cashback through prepaid Visa gift cards issued in partnership with the Bank of The Bahamas.

Director of Commercial Operations, Keisha Edwards said, “We are proud to introduce the Premier Club, our exclusive loyalty program which provides incentives for our devoted clientele. The program is super simple, and in the first phase, we are focusing on expanding our broadband footprint by reaching out to our loyal mobile postpaid customers. Signing up is easy: choose a fiber bundle, select your gift – cash or an iPhone, and enjoy the benefits. We thank our customers for their loyal patronage, and we want them to know, the more you bundle, the more you save.”

Managing Director of Bank of The Bahamas, Neil Strachan added, “Bank of The Bahamas Limited is pleased to partner with BTC in this initiative to reward their loyal customers. When it comes to Loyalty Programmes, our contactless, chip enabled Visa Gift Card provides a perfect solution. It is accepted at over 25 million merchants worldwide. This means BTC’s valued customers can enjoy fast, convenient and secure transactions both locally and internationally.”

Customers can choose between $600 or $1,000 gift cards based on their broadband plan or opt for an iPhone instead of cash.
