Prime Minister Dr. Hubert Minnis continued touting the government’s Over-the-Hill initiative Tuesday and called it an effective tool in tackling the surge of crime in New Providence.
During a recent address at the 36th Convention of Calvary Deliverance Church, Dr. Minnis said, the programme would offer economic and educational opportunities, especially for young men.
