NASSAU, BAHAMAS — The Utilities Regulation and Competition Authority (URCA) is still investigating complaints filed by BTC consumers that highlighted inconsistent service in the Family Islands, according to BTC CEO Sameer Bhatti.
Bhatti says since the investigation was launched in September 2023 the company has been working with partners to provide more reliable service for their customers.
