Some $29 million has been allocated in the upcoming fiscal budget to pay off money owed by The Bahamas to cruise liners.

Financial Secretary Marlon Johnson revealed Thursday that while the government looks to renegotiate the terms of agreements made with cruise officials, the debt must still be paid off.
