NASSAU, BAHAMAS — From the Freedom Farm Baseball League to Major League Baseball, 17-year-old Rohan Culmer has officially signed on the dotted line of a new contract with the Washington Nationals.
He signed his contract today at The Andre Rodgers Baseball Stadium.
