The University of Bahamas (UB) Mingoes Men’s Basketball team will face Presbyterian College on Tuesday in the team’s second game of the Summer of Thunder Series.

The Mingoes play Presbyterian College 6:00 p.m. Tuesday at The Kendal Issacs Gym after losing to Marshall University on Saturday 105-70.

“We looked at what worked and what didn’t work and we are gonna try to come back and do something else,” said head coach Bacchus Rolle.

Against Marshall University, Ramon Dames led the team with 21 points and three steals. Kemsey Sylvestre notched a double-double with 16 points and 11 rebounds.

“That was our first game of the season and now we know what we have to work on,” Sylvestre said after the loss to Marshall.

“We know we have to work on our turnovers but I like the hard play we had especially in the second half of the game.”

The Mingoes will play the final game of the Summer of Thunder series against Northern Arizona University 3:00 p.m. Sunday at the Kendal Issacs Gym.
