Three charged on separate counts with murder

Joel Bullard, 21, in the plaid shirt and blue jeans, 28-year-old Rashad Paul aka eyes, in the black jacket and black Nike shirt, and 25-year-old Shaquille Culmer in the black jacket and grey shirt were all arraigned before chief magistrate Joyanne Ferguson-Pratt on Monday, charged with three separate counts of murder.

Culmer is accused of the shooting death of Deon price aka Randolph James Anderson.

According to police reports, the victim got into an altercation with two men on Saturday, February 2, when he was shot multiple times.

Price was not required to enter a plea and was remanded to the Bahamas Department of Correctional Services  (BDOCS) until April 5 for a presentation of a Voluntary Bill of Indictment (VBI).

Before Culmer left the courtroom, he told Ferguson-Pratt that he was brutalized by police while in custody.

Bullard was charged with the February 1 murder of Gary Leon.

Police say Leon was standing outside of a bar on Miami Street when he was approached by a group of men.

One of the men pulled out a handgun and shot him multiple times and Leon died on the scene.

Bullard was not required to enter a plea to the charge and was remanded to the BDOCS until April 5, for the service of a VBI.

Finally, Paul was charged with the Feb 2 murder of Herby Jean Pierre.

Police say Jean Pierre was walking on Fritz Lane when he was approached by the occupants of a grey vehicle, who opened fire in him.

Pierre died on the scene.

Paul was not required to enter a plea and was remanded to the BDOCS until April 5 for the service of a VBI.
