Devano Hanfield, 20, of Eight Mile Rock, Grand Bahama was arraigned last Friday, January 4 on an attempted murder charge relating to a shooting incident on Tuesday, January 1.
He was also charged with possession of a firearm while committing an indictable offence.
Hanfield appeared before Magistrate Gwendolyn Claude at the Eight Mile Rock Magistrate Court. He was not required to enter a plea, but was remanded to the Bahamas Department of Correctional Services in New Providence until trial on March 28.
