Min. of Labour to hold natl. symposium

The Ministry of Labour will host a national symposium for employees as the government addresses the need for skilled workers in the country.

Set for Monday at the National Training Agency, up to 100 participants will be accommodated at the symposium, which is expected to be addressed by Prime Minister Dr. Hubert Minnis.

Matthew Albury, committee member for the organization for responsible Governance said each participant will be selected through an invite-only process to ensure diversity in seven sectors including maritime, hospitality, construction, finance and manufacturing.
