NASSAU, BAHAMAS – Police on the island of New Providence are investigating a shooting incident that occurred on Sunday, May 12, 2019 and left an adult male in hospital.
According to police reports, shortly before 10:00p.m. on Sunday, a male was standing in front of a residence on Dunmore Street off Baillou Hill Road, when the occupants of a blue Nissan vehicle opened fire in his direction, hitting him before speeding away.
The victim was transported to a hospital, where he is listed in stable condition.
Investigations are ongoing.
