A man is fighting for his life in hospital after he was stabbed multiple times Thursday afternoon, during an altercation, police said.
The incident took place shortly 4:00 p.m. in the Oakes Field area.
According to reports, the victim was stabbed during a fight with a group of persons and was taken to hospital, via ambulance, where he is listed in serious condition.
Meantime police are also investigating a shooting incident that left one man in hospital.
The incident took place shortly after 9:00 p.m. Thursday on Potters Cay Dock near the Produce Exchange. He was taken to hospital where he is listed in serious but stable condition.
