NASSAU, BAHAMAS – Police on Monday took two men into custody after an illegal firearm and ammunition was recovered in a home in Flamingo Gardens.
According to police reports, shortly after 10:00 a.m. on Monday, South Western Division Officers, acting on information conducted a search of a home on Great Britain Street and recovered a .40 Austria Pistol and thirteen 13 rounds of ammunition.
Two men who were in the home at the time of the search were taken into custody and are expected to be formally charged before a magistrate court later this week.
