NASSAU, BAHAMAS – Seven Haitian nationals were arraigned in magistrates court number one before Magistrate Samuel McKinney on Thursday.
The illegals were charged with illegal landing.
The seven nationals comprised of two females Annalia Justin and Kalit Ipolite, and five males Lowenzo Pierre, Benson Avisel, Peter Jean, Gerisma Rismon, Roger Colar.
The nationals pled guilty and were all convicted of ‘Illegal Landing’ and fined $150.00 each or in default of payment, sentenced to one-month imprisonment.
All fines were paid and persons were subsequently turned over to The Department of Immigration for deportation.
