NASSAU, BAHAMAS – Police in New Providence are seeking the public’s assistance in apprehending four male suspects responsible for two separate armed robbery incidents that occurred on Friday, April 12, 2019.
In the first incident, shortly before 4:00p.m. on Friday past, police reported that two males armed with firearms entered a business establishment on Soldier Road and robbed the proprietor of cash before making good their escape.
In the second Incident, shortly before 5:00p.m. on Friday, police reported that a male was on Montagu Beach when he was approached by two males, one armed with a firearm, who robbed him of cash before making good their escape in a black Honda Fit, license plate number AP 4925.
Police are appealing to members of the public, who may have information that can assist with these investigations, to contact the Central Detective Unit at 502-9991/2, Crime stoppers at 328-TIPS (8477) or the nearest police station.
Investigations are ongoing.
