“Disappointed” is what Minister of Public Works Desmond Bannister said this morning in the House of Assembly, noting the empty chairs of the four opposing members of Parliament (MP) who have continued their boycott of parliamentary proceedings. Bannister said the opposing members have a duty to the House and the Bahamian people to be present, and there is “no excuse for that dereliction of duty”.
