Three Bahamian baseball players have been making headlines as of late, while adding to their stats for their respective teams.

D’Shawn Knowles, Jasrado Chisholm, and Kristian Robinson have all been doing well in the Minor Leagues.

Knowles, who plays for the Anaheim Angel’s organization, officially became a top-30 prospect on Sunday. The 17-year-old outfielder is said to have very attractive traits by scouts and is viewed as one of the fastest players in the team’s developmental system.

Meanwhile, Chisolm drove in four runs for Kane County in a 16-5 win over the Clinton Lumberkings on Sunday night. He’ll look to keep that hot streak going against the Peoria Chiefs on Friday.

Also, Robinson made his Major League Baseball (MLB) debut with the Arizona Diamondbacks organization last week. The 17-year-old outfielder started his MLB career with a batting average of .320, hit two doubles and had four runs batted in (RBI) in six games.
